Formative years of a child is more important and educational institutions are responsible for shaping not just students, but igniting youths who are the most powerful resource under the earth. The main objective of an educational institution must be to fill the minds of youngsters with noble thoughts and spread nobility in thinking and action. Students must be encouraged to develop the spirit of enquiry so that they blossom into creators’ enlightened citizens. We the Management of WEES laid down these norms for our staff and students so that we can move further through the same track shown by the Founding fathers of this institution.
